If you are a sub-user and have forgotten your password, please contact your account administrator – they will be able to send you a password reset email.
- Restore a user’s access to their login by resetting their password
To reset a user’s password, navigate to Manage > User Accounts.
In the user list, find the user who needs their password reset and click the Reset Password button (
) under the Actions column.

Confirm your choice, and email instructions will be sent to the user.
