• Set the star rating threshold for review alerts
  • Add or remove recipients of review alert emails

Review alert emails are sent out whenever somebody has left you a review on any of the review sites that you are monitoring, as long as the rating meets a specific threshold. You can change this threshold, as well as who receives review alert emails.

Navigate to Dashboard > Reviews > Settings. Select the star rating threshold from the drop down menu next to Include alerts for reviews that are.

To add a recipient to review alert emails, click the Add button.

To delete a recipient, simply click the X (X button) next to their entry (note that you cannot delete the default email address).

Click Save Alert Settings to save your changes.

If you are configuring alerts for a multi-location business, you can set up separate lists for individual locations, as well as a unique list under the multi-location parent profile that will send subscribers review alerts from all locations.
