- Change who sees the contact form when using a segmentation layout
By default, the stars and hearts layouts will display review site links to visitors who have clicked 4 or more stars, and show the contact form to clicks 3 stars and lower. We give you the option to change this threshold.
To change the ratings threshold, navigate to Dashboard > Funnel > Content > Interaction Design.
From the dropdown menu under Segment “happy” customers, select your new threshold.
- Any stars will show review site links to all clicks, regardless of rating
- Don’t segment will show the contact form to all clicks, regardless of rating
Scroll down and click Update Content to save your changes.
