- Cancel your subscription to Review Monitoring and its additional features
If you wish to remove Review Monitoring from one of your profiles, first ensure you have navigated to the profile you’d like to stop monitoring.
Then, navigate to Dashboard > Reviews > Monitor and Stream.
Directly under the above tab, click (Remove review monitoring for [your business]).
No further action is required. The change will be reflected in your next billing cycle and charges will be pro-rated (i.e. you will not pay for the days of the month that you did not have review monitoring on your profile. Agency accounts include review monitoring in the base price so there will be no change in billing).
Note: by stopping Review Monitoring, you will also lose access to the Review Stream widget. Any existing embeds of the widget will display an error message once monitoring is removed.
