Using our ‘Connect a Location’ feature, you can upload as many profiles from a single review site as you would like. However, all duplicate profiles uploaded for a given review site will be toggled hidden by default. This configuration is useful for monitoring duplicate profiles on a given review site while only directing attention to your preferred profile.

When you first ‘Connect a Location’, you’ll be able to choose which listings you’d like to load into your review site links. Duplicate toggling will also apply if you choose to include more than one listing from the same review site.

*Note that the duplicate Yelp and Facebook links have been hidden*

The topmost selected entry will be displayed on the landing page. You can toggle duplicates back on if desired, but note that the buttons will appear identical – it may be a better idea to use the ‘Custom Link’ button for different profiles from the same review site, on the same landing page.

Example use case

Bob’s Tires recently set up an official Facebook page for their business. Before that, Facebook had automatically generated an ‘unofficial’ page for Bob’s Tires that had collected a couple of reviews. Bob’s Tires adds their new, official Facebook page to their review funnel landing page. They also add their ‘unofficial’ listing as a hidden link to monitor any future review activity. Because they have already added a link to their official Facebook page, their unofficial Facebook page is loaded in, but hidden automatically.
