- Delete a business landing page from your account in Manage > Profiles
If you want to temporarily deactivate a client profile (e.g. if they are late on payment), consider using the suspend profile function instead.
Prior to deleting, make sure that you have deactivated all email drip campaign recipients.
After logging in, navigate to Manage > Profiles.
Locate the profile in the table. If needed, use the Search field.
After locating the profile, click Delete to permanently remove it. A pop-up dialog will ask you to confirm.
No further action is necessary. After the profile is deleted, the seat it previously occupied will be open for re-use.
